Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
Develop architecture blueprints and oversee technical aspects of implementations.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Present architecture and design solutions to executive stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Review and optimize customizations, workflows, and integrations.
Stay updated on new ServiceNow modules and functionalities to recommend improvements.
Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Oversee upgrades, migrations, and system performance tuning.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation and technical specifications.
Train internal teams on implemented solutions and best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution design
Expertise in implementing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Experience with CMDB design and implementation
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
