Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Solution Design and Architecture: Design and develop comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.
Ensure that the designed solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Create detailed technical documentation, including system diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Work with development teams to ensure that the solutions are implemented according to the design specifications.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation or deployment.
Integration and Customization: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and HR systems.
Customize ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom scripts, forms, and reports.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to use ServiceNow applications effectively.
Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

Required
Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform: Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
Strong technical skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly), database design, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Business process analysis: Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Project management skills: Ability to manage projects effectively, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Preferred
ITIL certification: Demonstrates a strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
Experience with other enterprise applications: Knowledge of other enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, and HR systems.
Cloud computing experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
