Responsibilities

Provide ServiceNow vendor and industry best practice recommendations for ServiceNow implementations to customers
Support sales discovery conversations
Assist with pre-sales activities related to technical and functional inquiries
Lead preliminary scoping sessions to scope potential engagements
Scope and estimate project LOEs (level of effort)
Utilize strong communication and presentation skills demonstrating solutions to an often complex audience including both technical subject matter experts and C-Level leaders with business acumen
Provide in-depth details of project scope to delivery teams
Assist with preparing ROMs (Rough Order of Magnitude) and SOWs (Statement of Work)
Revise and update ROMs and SOWs
Create and review business agreements and contracts
Maintain current certifications and stay up to date on all Delta releases

Required

7+ years work experience, 4+ with ServiceNow
Experience capturing and documenting complex business processes the areas of ITSM, ITOM, and/or ITAM, CSM, FSM, WSD, HRSD, SPM, or custom application development
Demonstrate technical proficiency with ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
Self-motivated, disciplined professional able to function as a true business leader with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks
Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills required- verbally with customers and all levels of the business, as well as written with technical assessments and project-related reports

Preferred

ServiceNow Sales Accreditations are required (Platform, ITSM, and at least 1 other specialist area; total of 6 preferred)
