Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the ServiceNow SPM (formerly ITBM) suite, including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), Demand Management, and Resource Management.

Align SPM capabilities with business strategies and objectives, ensuring portfolio initiatives are managed efficiently.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to project and portfolio management processes.

Facilitate workshops to identify current processes and demonstrate how ServiceNow SPM modules can streamline operations.

Design, develop, and customize SPM modules to meet client-specific requirements.

Ensure configurations and workflows align with industry best practices while supporting the business’s goals and objectives.

Translate business needs into technical requirements, epics, and user stories for effective implementation.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely development of solutions.

Develop customized reports and dashboards for tracking project performance, financials, and resource utilization using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.

Ensure visibility and transparency across project portfolios for key stakeholders.

Conduct training sessions and create user guides to ensure end-users can efficiently utilize the SPM functionalities.

Provide ongoing advisory and support, empowering teams to leverage ServiceNow for continuous improvement in portfolio management.
