Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow SPM and APM modules.
Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational requirements.
Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and systems.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications and strategic initiatives.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and applications.
Assess and prioritize application portfolios based on business value, cost, and risk.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to align application strategies with organizational goals.
Provide insights and recommendations for application rationalization and modernization.
Support strategic decision-making by analyzing application health, usage, and performance data.
Develop and enforce policies and standards for portfolio management.
Monitor compliance with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in ServiceNow systems.
Work closely with business units, IT teams, and leadership to understand requirements and provide solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss portfolio strategies and application roadmaps.
Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to track portfolio performance and KPIs.
Analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities and optimize IT investments.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required
Minimum 10 years’ experience required.
