Responsibilities
Ensuring platform operability and coordinating platform upgrades for new releases.
Crafting and implementing New Roles/Views/Forms/Fields/Objects/Items as necessary.
Partnering with non-technical stakeholders to integrate their solution needs into ServiceNow.
Enhancing and automating workflows through strategic integrations with other solutions.
Overseeing deployments through DEV/TEST/PROD environments.
Configuring, deploying, and providing support for new applications on the platform.
Facilitating training sessions and enabling users across the company to leverage new applications and integrations.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Support and ServiceNow Administration/Development.
Proficiency in RPA/Low-code platforms and REST API integrations.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM, CSDM 4.0, and Active Directory.
Preferred
Experience with ITIL Methodology, ServiceNow ITAM/GRC implementation/support, Workday, and Jira.
