Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the Procurement Management Module and Case Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Engage with business leaders, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
Translate business needs into technical solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
Conduct workshops and design sessions to validate architecture and solution design.
Design and oversee the integration of the Procurement Management Module with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
Lead the customization of workflows, forms, and scripts to meet specific business needs.
Ensure that integrations and customizations are robust, secure, and perform well under load.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
Review and approve code, configurations, and customizations to ensure quality and alignment with design specifications.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues and provide guidance on performance optimization.
Establish and enforce governance processes and best practices for development and architecture within the Procurement and Case Management modules.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.
Document architectural decisions, design patterns, and configuration settings for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
Participate in project risk management and mitigation strategies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, with a focus on the Procurement Management Module and Case Management.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other related modules.
Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation.
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred
Master’s degree in a related field.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Procurement or Case Management.
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, ITBM, or other ServiceNow applications.
Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and portals.
Background in procurement, supply chain management, or related discipline.
