Responsibilities

Assist Customer and their ServiceNow team in transitioning the running of the ServiceNow software in Customer's data center to using the ServiceNow software in the ServiceNow GCC cloud services.

Facilitate a workshop to review the Customer's environment to assess complexity of Customer's implementation of the ServiceNow software.

ServiceNow will perform a review to gather the system integration points and details on the Customer's current infrastructure running the ServiceNow software, as well as security policies and considerations.
