Responsibilities
TC who is an expert with ITOM Service Mapping to map up to 10 Business Services.
The consultant would conduct workshop sessions to gather requirements, etc. as well.
This should ramp up to 32 hrs. a week starting in January.
This is working at the direction of the customer.
Need strong consultive type consultant with strong communication skills.
