Responsibilities
Provide operational user support for PEAC’s key servicing system
Manage system enhancement projects from requirements gathering to project completion as required.
Managing and testing of upgrades and modules
Document key processes and procedures
Oversee and act as a key liaison for third party product vendors for product updates, support and escalations.
Manage user security
Manage operational functions through the servicing lifecycle
Oversee software quality and systems modification

Required
BS Degree in related field or relevant experience
5+ years’ relevant experience
Infolease and Aspire product and system admin knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and technical skills
Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines for delivery to clients
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Highly organized and detailed oriented with the proven ability to multi-task
Experience in IT Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing
