Responsibilities
Engage with leads through dynamic live sales calls via phone and Zoom, selling with relentless enthusiasm and a desire to win
Create a culture of continuous improvement where teams are motivated and coached for success
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members consistently and even more when they run into roadblocks
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to support setting sales goals and targets for the team
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities by embodying the values and behaviors expected of the sales team, leading by example, and being a role model of Publishing.com's core values
Develop and implement new and fresh sales strategies and processes

Required
2+ years of remote, high ticket offer sales experience and a proven history of meeting and exceeding substantial sales objectives
1+ years of experience leading a team in the high ticket sales space
Track record of managing winning teams that close at a 50% or higher rate
Demonstrated ability to use data to identify trends, understand opportunities, and propose solutions
Highly motivated, positive, and organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to make good decisions quickly and independently, but still coachable and receptive to feedback
A genuine passion for contributing to the success of Publishing.com and its students
Experience using Hubspot, Zoom, Loom, and Slack
