Responsibilities
Improving settlement and trading operations through building automation and tools
Resolving technical issues
Process crypto and fiat transfers
Document operational procedures
Working cross functionally for product releases and software upgrades
Supporting and communicating with clients
Developing reports, dashboards and alerts

Required
Must be able to work weekends - both Saturday and Sunday
5 day full time schedule
Bachelor's degree on relevant subject or equivalent experience
Working experience in payments, settlements or trading operations
Working experience in programming (Go a plus)
Working experience with APIs (FIX and Rest)
Working experience with SQL
Must be fluent in English
