Responsibilities
Operate sewing machines to sew textile products according to specifications
Follow established sewing techniques and quality standards
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements
Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Required
Previous experience as a sewing operator or in a similar role
Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and machine operation
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Ability to work effectively in a team
