Responsibilities
Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure platform solutioning aligns with their marketing objectives
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, and system integrations
Lead platform configuration and development of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.)
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of platform work completed by the development team
Provide support to the development team on platform integrations
Create architecture and technical specification documents
Serve as the day-to-day technical platform subject matter expert for internal and client teams
Collaborate closely with the project management team to manage workflow and deadlines across multiple, simultaneous platform-related projects and change controls
Support senior team members in project estimation and marketing technology platform discovery/roadmapping engagements
Assist the internal execution services team with ongoing platform and schema optimizations

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms, with a demonstrated track record of leading 3+ implementation projects
Familiarity with commonly-requested marketing platform integrations and associated technologies (CMS, DAM, CDP, web analytics, data visualization tools, client databases, etc.)
Deep understanding of marketing automation platforms, including email, mobile, interaction, and journey management capabilities
Proficiency in SQL, AmpScript, JavaScript, JSON, and XML
Experience in data modeling and relational database systems
Solid understanding of digital marketing execution processes, audience segmentation, industry best practices, communication legal compliance, and campaign analysis
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is preferred
Knowledge of HTML, MJML, CSS, and responsive email coding is a plus
Familiarity with a variety of marketing automation and marketing cloud solutions is a plus
Agency experience is highly desirable, with 2+ years in a client-facing role and knowledge of overall agency structures and agile project management methodologies
