Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of custom development, integrations, & data migration elements of Salesforce implementation.

Support discovery sessions with clients, gathering business and technical requirements.

Engage customers and partners throughout solution implementation to implement holistic solutions that meet customer business and technical requirements.

Work closely with solution/enterprise architects and QA resources to develop, implement, and test solutions that meet documented business and technical requirements.

Work closely with project and program management to ensure project milestones and timelines are accurately determined and met.

Work closely with solution/enterprise architects to ensure all project documentation is complete and approved by client stakeholders.

Required

Candidates must be a United States citizen with no visa restrictions.

Proficient in customer-oriented problem-solving with excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex solutions clearly to clients.

In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, with practical experience in REST and SOAP API integrations, and the ability to strategize effective data integration solutions.

Experience with implementing and configuring Marketing Cloud Connect to support CRM integrations.

Demonstrated skill in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation tailored to stakeholder needs, ensuring transparency and alignment across project teams.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing and prioritizing multiple client projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

A strong commitment to process adherence, with a quality-first mindset, ensuring the highest standards of delivery in line with industry best practices.

Minimum 4 years in Solution Architecture and Design on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and integrations.

Experience in integrating external platforms and CRM systems.

Experience in enabling journey communications via Journey Builder.

Knowledge and experience in planning, enabling, and managing omnichannel lifecycle communications using Salesforce Journey Builder.
