Required
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study
Three to five years' experience working in the financial industry
Working knowledge of custodian/broker processing data or experience within proxy voting or tender offers
Strong abilities to research across multiple databases, historical and current
Analytical skills to analyze large, complex, and dynamic data sets
General understanding of equity markets and related financial instruments
Ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneous project team requests
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in preparing reports in advanced-level PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work as a collaborative team member
Self-direction and initiative
Strong attention to detail
Strong written and oral business communications skills
Familiarity with key corporate governance issues and influencers, including proxy advisory services such as ISS and Glass Lewis
Knowledge of SEC filing documents such as 13Fs, Form N-PXs, and proxy statements
U.S. employment authorization without current or future need for sponsorship
Preferred
Work history gained from related industry internships or academic positions such as a student-faculty assistant
