Responsibilities

Administer and manage the organization’s SharePoint environment, including both SharePoint Online and on-premises SharePoint.
Install, configure, and maintain SharePoint servers, service packs, patches, and updates.
Create, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists for collaboration and document management.
Oversee SharePoint permissions and manage access controls to ensure security.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues to ensure system performance and minimize downtime.
Configure and manage SharePoint workflows and automate processes to optimize business operations.
Implement SharePoint security policies, including data retention, compliance standards, and user access protocols.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and ensure SharePoint meets user needs.
Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and provide proactive maintenance for optimal SharePoint performance.
Assist with SharePoint migrations (on-premises to cloud or across versions).
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for SharePoint users.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019 (on-premises).
Experience with SharePoint Designer, PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint PowerShell cmdlets.
Experience with Office 365 tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and PowerApps.
Experience in SharePoint security, permissions management, and Active Directory integration.
Experience in SharePoint workflows and automated business processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance issues.
Knowledge of SQL Server for managing SharePoint databases.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server certification (preferred).
Federal Experience is a plus.
