Responsibilities

Assist with the transition of information from Teams Dynamics to SharePoint

Administer SharePoint, maintaining the efficiency and security of the platform

Manage the university portal, ensuring FAQs, knowledge-based articles, service requests, and change management data are up-to-date and accessible

Collaborate with other team members to facilitate the smooth transition to using SharePoint exclusively

Resolve any SharePoint-related issues promptly and professionally

Monitor and manage changes within the SharePoint environment

Liaise with other departments to gather and document SharePoint requirements

Implement SharePoint updates and improvements as required

Provide technical support for SharePoint users

Ensure the integrity of data by regularly reviewing and updating SharePoint security measures.

Required

Proficiency in SharePoint and SharePoint Administration

Knowledge and experience in Software Development

Familiarity with Change Management principles and practices

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Continual learning and development of new and improved software development methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
