Responsibilities

Managing and developing SharePoint Online environments, including OneDrive/Teams integration, while also possessing proficiency in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI reporting, O365 email, and O365 Teams administration.

Configuring and managing OneDrive integration within SharePoint Online environments. Ensure seamless integration of OneDrive for Business with other O365 services and applications.

Responsible for developing training materials, managing SharePoint governance, and for mentoring other technical staff and site owners.

Providing updates and enhancements to SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.

Providing updates related tools and supplemental web parts used throughout the production lifecycle.

Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.

Required

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration

Proficiency in configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions

Demonstrated experience in developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Demonstrated experience in OneDrive integration within SharePoint Online environments; OneDrive for Business with other O365 services and applications

Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and best practices

Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions

Familiarity with governance and compliance standards in SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments

Experience with OneDrive Integration

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
