Responsibilities
Support SharePoint-based applications (SharePoint 2019/SE).
Monitor and resolve issues via ServiceNow.
Create/maintain SharePoint sites for preconstruction and construction projects.
Manage and audit access groups for accuracy.
Approve site access requests and provide help documentation.
Assist with testing new application features.

Required
SharePoint (preferably 2019/SE) and security groups expertise.
Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, MS Teams, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions effectively.
Preferred
Experience with NCID, NCDOT systems, GIS, ProjectWise, or HiCAMS.
