Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional support for USAMRAA's web-based systems in Sharepoint.

Develop and troubleshoot issues reported by end users within the web-based systems.

Translate customer goals into defined business processes and implement them in the systems.

Create systems documentation and Standard Operating Procedures.

Maintain and ensure the security and compliance of the web-based systems.

Collaborate with personnel to develop and maintain web-based content.

Manage multiple tasks with varying priorities.

Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.

Produce and maintain technical documentation.

Work collaboratively with others and possess proficiency in Sharepoint, JavaScript, .NET/C#, HTML, CSS, and more.

Function as a Tier III helpdesk support element and collaborate with external organizations to resolve technical and functional issues.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience with web administration/development including, but not limited to, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, and User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX).

Minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint administration and content management.

Minimum of 2 years of experience providing customer support.

Collaborate with organization personnel to conduct requirements analysis and develop project plans that translate business processes into web-based solutions.

Preferred

Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including, but not limited to, the development of automated business solutions to increase the ease and efficiency of mission-critical workflows, forms, document management, or business intelligence/reporting.

Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint Online, PowerShell
