Responsibilities
SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and site features, using SharePoint Online and on-premises versions.
Application Development: Experience with Object Oriented Programing languages required. Build and maintain web applications and services using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and related technologies, ensuring high performance and scalability. Experience with Relational Database design required.
Integration: Integrate SharePoint with third-party systems and services using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and other integration tools. Experience Windows Server and IIS optional, but helpful
Customization: Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to meet business requirements and improve user experience. Experience with web development standards/frameworks required
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for SharePoint-related issues, troubleshoot and resolve problems, and ensure system stability and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects on time. Experience with software development tools and process preferred
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SharePoint and development trends, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and technology.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on SharePoint.
Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019.
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, and PowerShell.
Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery, Angular, React).
Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and other integration tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Must be able to pass a T5 security clearance investigation.
Current Security+ certification or other DoD 8140 IAT/IAM Level II / III certification required.
Preferred
Oracle PL/SQL or MS-SQL.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript required, and jQuery preferred.
Experience with software development tools and process preferred.
SCRUM, Sprints / Jira, Git, etc.
Experience Windows Server and IIS optional, but helpful.
