Responsibilities
Design SharePoint and web-based solutions for business processes supporting Permits and District Offices' needs in the transportation lifecycle.
Breakdown design into clear work items and ensure their completion in a timely and high-quality manner.
Prioritize and track project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and are of high quality.
Document program and project deliverables and coordinate with clients to implement redesigned business processes.
Conduct testing for SharePoint solutions and web-based content management deliverables.
Draft and deliver training materials for business processes and IT applications.
Collaborate with clients to prototype, refine, and debug applications and processes to meet their needs.
Provide quality control for program and project deliverables.

Required
Strong expertise in system administration and IT infrastructure management
Proficient in systems engineering, design, and architecture
Experience with SharePoint and business process modeling
Knowledge of RAID controllers and service-oriented architecture
Familiarity with NoSQL databases, load balancing, and AWS
Understanding of Agile methodologies and quality assurance practices
Skills in computer networking, VPN, firewall management, and JavaScript
