Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth integration into the company for new hires supporting manning and existing HR functions. Overseeing and executing the offboarding process in terms of resignation, termination, compassionate leaves and employment verification.

Prompt assessment and escalation of all red level cases to existing EFFY HR Directors regarding grievances files, resignations, terminations and compassionate leaves. Ensure VP, Shipboard HR has a line of sight to all orange and red level cases.

Participate in and support core EFFY HR training suite to include new and existing business personnel.

Assist in drafting internal communications, keeping fleet team/ship-based personnel informed of HR policies, programs, and company updates.

Identify opportunities to improve HR systems and suggest enhancements to optimize efficiency during review calls with department head.

Elevate to oversee HR team for extended Rest of Business contracts moving forward.

Develop independent training suite and handbook tailored for Rest of Business personnel.
