Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach : Actively source new shipper relationships, targeting key contacts such as logistics managers, supply chain directors, and shipping coordinators.
Client Engagement : Present our trucking and logistics services to prospective clients, focusing on our expedited, team driving, and white-glove capabilities.
Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms and onboard new clients, ensuring a seamless transition into our service offerings.
Relationship Management : Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to refine our value proposition and remain competitive in the market.

Required
3+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, or a similar industry, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
Existing contacts within the logistics or shipping sectors is a strong advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
Highly motivated, able to work independently and drive results without direct supervision.
Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads and tracking client interactions.
