Must be willing to work harder than your friends posting brunch pics on Instagram. If you’re looking for a laid-back gig, this isn’t it. We’re all about hustle, not hashtags.

Can tolerate early mornings, Zoom calls, and the occasional existential crisis. If you can't commit to 10 am Power Up meetings or a coaching call, don’t bother applying. This is real work, not a hobby.

Have a relentless desire to succeed... or at least pretend you do. If you can’t even pretend to care about closing deals, you’re probably better off elsewhere.

Must possess an uncanny ability to avoid ghosting your team. If you’ve ever gone MIA after a tough day—this is a hard pass. We’re not running a solo operation; we need team players.

Able to handle rejection with the grace of a professional wrestler. Because, let’s be real, you're going to get some “no's.” If you can’t take that in stride, you’ll be spinning your wheels forever.
