Responsibilities
Technical and design report writing
Work within a team to develop site civil engineering plans, reports, and specifications for land development projects
Civil engineering for various site designs including grading, drainage, utility design, and site layout
Preparation and/or reviewing of design criteria, drawings, and specifications
Compilation of Stormwater Management reports, including Hydrologic modeling and pipe sizing
Preparation of design documentation and construction contract documentation
Assist in permitting, design, and construction documents
Manage small or medium projects financially
Engage in business development and client relations
Attend meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to discuss design/permitting issues

Required
BS in Civil Engineering (a master’s may be substituted for 2 years of experience)
Minimum of 0-1 years of professional site/civil engineering experience
Preferred
1-3 years of professional site/civil engineering experience preferred
Engineering in Training (EIT) preferred
Solid understanding of the typical land entitlement process including permitting at the local and state level preferred (Massachusetts)
Knowledge of local and state regulations governing site design preferred
GIS, HydroCAD, and StormCAD experience a plus
