Responsibilities

Oversees site outreach for post award Site ID activities, standalone paid feasibility activities and pre-award blinded site outreach activities.

Facilitates an internal Site ID Kick Off Meeting (Site ID KOM) with Project Management, Clinical Management, Clinical Strategy Lead, Medical Informatics, and other functional leads to obtain relevant information for site identification and selection, prior to start of Site ID activities.

Progresses and tracks in the CTMS site identification activities according to study timelines.

Utilizes historic site performance metrics, cluster sites, partner sites, Medical Informatics data, and other data to identify potential sites.

Creates, delivers, and obtains the SRQ from all PI’s and/or sites for study participation consideration. Designs, distributes, tracks and reviews SRQs for completeness, site capability and availability based on project specific requirements and needs.

Assists in the design and implementation of all relevant systems including, but not limited to, the site identification metrics and reporting, surveys, etc.
