Work collaboratively and effectively with Dental Providers and Support Staff for a harmonious flow of the Dental site.

Required
Prior management experience coupled with clinical expertise
Qualified candidate should be a Dental Assistant or an EFDA preferably with knowledge of the front desk and insurances
Associates degree with major in business administration, hospital administration, and/or equivalent of acceptable education and experience in a related field required
Minimum of two (2) years administrative or supervisory experience
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a cross-trained Dental Support Staff member familiar with both clinical and Front Desk operations
Ability to effectively organize and coordinate people and resources
Must possess ability to communicate with diverse cultures and languages while effectively obtaining necessary information

Preferred
Bachelors degree
Experience in outpatient or ambulatory care setting
