Responsibilities

The successful candidate for the SRE technology lead role encompasses hands on technology capability, fast on the feet thinker, expert in troubleshooting issues, identify root cause analysis during business events and outages, lead a team, create tooling to simplify troubleshooting, is an excellent communicator and is accountable for communication with client executives.

Responsible for availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning.

Site reliability engineers create a bridge between development and operations by applying a software engineering mindset to system administration topics.

Supports the Senior Site Reliability Engineer.
