Responsibilities
Conduct technical troubleshooting on complex integrated systems to diagnose issues, determine root causes, and recommend solutions using technologies such as cloud-native solutions, Databricks, Immuta, Collibra, Starburst, Tableau, Grafana, and ServiceNow.
Provide expert technical support to the user community for software, database issues, data communication, and processing errors.
Lead technical and user support for new releases, coordinating with business and development teams.
Consult on application testing strategies, document observations, and coordinate responses.
Maintain project and application details, including schedules, system scope, requirements, and documentation; make process improvement recommendations to management.
Ensure seamless information flow between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Document user interactions in tracking tools for productivity and accountability.
Validate technical approaches to resolve system issues and make mediation recommendations.
Collaborate with training teams to create user guides, develop end-user training, and mentor support staff.
Act as a team leader, coordinating technical support assignments, managing team functions, and assisting with contingency testing.
Work with internal stakeholders to align on requirements, current realities, and constraints, fostering open communication.
Develop and implement support processes, procedures, and best practices for efficient support operations.
Monitor the stability, availability, and performance of the CDP platform, analytics systems, and application infrastructure.
Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities to optimize support operations.
Collaborate with platform engineering, analytics, infrastructure, and product teams to align efforts with business goals.
Generate reports on system performance, incident trends, and support activities for CDP stakeholders.
Maintain documentation for training, user support, procedures, and incident resolutions.
Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and user groups, gathering insights to support evolving needs.
Collect and report on CDP platform metrics and support services performance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Strong knowledge of application and data modeling techniques with skills to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Experience with application releases to cloud production environments.
5+ years of experience at a Senior level / 9+ years at an Advanced level in relevant technical roles.
Proficiency in Agile and SAFe frameworks with experience using agile tools like Jira.
Exceptional analytical and design skills.
Proven ability to facilitate conflict resolution and manage complex priorities.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to all audiences; technical writing expertise.
Flexibility to handle competing priorities and pivot as needed.
