Responsibilities

Run prototype to migrate Big-data workloads

Performance tuning for Spark, Hive, and Hadoop jobs.

Troubleshoot production issues, identify the root-cause, and provide mitigation.

Build tools and services to improve the debuggability/supportability.

Monitoring cluster health for top customers and provide support.

Experience with BigData and Hadoop Ecosystems

Experience with Kafka

Experience with HBase

Experience in supporting HDInsight product team in SRE support

Experience in providing resolutions to end customers by resolving the ICM

Experience in running prototypes to migrate Big-data workloads

Experience in performance tuning for Spark, Hive, and Hadoop jobs

Experience in troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and providing mitigation

Experience in building tools and services to improve debuggability/supportability

Experience in monitoring cluster health for top customers and providing support

Experience in Hadoop administration

Experience with Cloud Era

Experience with AWS
