Responsibilities
Drive adoption of products/platforms (offered by Cognizant Life Sciences) at key medical centers, research sites and research organizations in LATAM.
Facilitate registrations and support onboarding of sites. Managing progress by tracking site registrations and query resolutions.
Establishing regular lines of communication with research site staff and coordinate product webinar / workshop to the assigned sites
Develop relationship with influential healthcare providers (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs) and various stakeholders who are on the forefront of their relative departments / sites
Support development of white papers / posters independently or in collaboration with industry KOLs
Represent Cognizant in industry events / conferences and engage thought leaders during conferences providing product information, technology trends and research.
Work as liaison with Product team sharing site feedback and validating site-facing product features / enhancements
Evaluating the quality and integrity of site practices – escalating quality issues as appropriate.

Required
Bilingual in Spanish & English. Should be able to manage business communications in both languages.
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (as a Medical Liaison or equivalent) or in a clinical/academic setting also required.
Clinical experience in research operations is strongly recommended. Prior experience in research and/or with analysis of clinical research data or exposure to pharmaceutical industry interactions as an employee or key customer is strongly preferred.
Prior experience of Clinical Trial domain, and fair understanding of GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, Site Management, Document Exchange, Safety Notifications.
PharmD, MD/DO, or PhD is highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience in Life Sciences ecosystem technology challenges (eISF, RAVE, CTMS, EDC, etc.)
Exceptional critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, including quantitative, statistical, or medical/pharmacy research interest
