Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for both our Sage and Dynamics BC services.
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Identifying and strategically positioning our services with various stakeholders in the client organization
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients’ business challenges and present tailored financial management solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Sage Intacct and Dynamics BC product developments to effectively position our services.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results using CRM software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
3-5 years of experience selling Sage Intacct services, Dynamics BC services or other financial management software
Ability to close $1 million+ sales quota in the first year, including software, implementation and support services
Strong knowledge of financial management software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Location preference: Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Phoenix or Tampa
