Responsibilities
Develop and manage demand generation strategies targeting dental practice owners and office managers.
Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, direct mail, and events) to drive demo requests.
Collaborate with SEM/SEO agencies for highly coordinated digital lead generation efforts.
Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns, leveraging programmatic platforms for display ads and CTV.
Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Create and manage direct mail programs that resonate with dental professionals.
Develop targeted lists and segmentation strategies to ensure personalized outreach.
Collaborate with SDRs on follow-up strategies to drive meetings booked.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to create content such as email copy, landing pages, case studies, and educational materials tailored to dental practices.
Ensure messaging aligns with our brand voice and highlights the value proposition for dental practices.
Represent the company at dental industry conferences, trade shows, and regional events to generate leads and build relationships.
Develop and manage owned local events, including planning, pre- and post-event communication, and event execution.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and lead quality.
Continuously optimize strategies to meet lead generation and conversion goals.

Required
2-3 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably targeting SMBs or micro-businesses.
Proven success in driving leads and revenue through digital and direct marketing channels.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience in content creation is a plus.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
High energy and results oriented go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for events and field activations.
Preferred
Experience marketing to the dental industry or similar verticals.
