Responsibilities

Identify, reach out to, and qualify SMB prospects through calls, emails, and social media channels.
Conduct product demos and presentations, both online and in person, showcasing Dozuki’s capabilities and ROI.
Manage and track prospect interactions through our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear pipeline visibility.
Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to nurture prospects and build strong, long-term client relationships.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Gather and communicate market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and sales strategy.

Required

2+ years of SMB sales experience in a SaaS environment.
Demonstrated success in quota attainment, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading product demos and negotiations with executives and decision-makers.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex software solutions.
Team player who excels at working with dispersed remote teams and cross-departmental collaboration and shares knowledge willingly.
Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with manufacturing, service, or documentation software solutions.
Proven track record of closing deals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
