Required
PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields, with a specialization in reinforcement learning
Solid publication record in reinforcement learning or related AI disciplines
Participation in significant AI competitions or projects showcasing reinforcement learning solutions
Engagement with the AI research community through workshops, seminars, and conferences
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing reinforcement learning systems
Leadership in developing projects that apply reinforcement learning to solve complex problems
Experience with simulation environments and real-world application of reinforcement learning
Mentoring experience in AI, with a focus on reinforcement learning techniques
Expertise in reinforcement learning algorithms, frameworks, and model development
Proficiency in Python, C++, or other relevant programming languages, along with RL libraries like OpenAI Gym
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and model optimization
Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications and to teach these concepts effectively
