Responsibilities
Collaborate with business owners to refine the portfolio of solutions and products to meet their needs and ensure technical integration with core solutions and enterprise data repositories.
Analyze current portfolio capabilities and features to determine the impact on the existing and future state design of the platform.
Engage with business owners by line of business to standardize and simplify business processes into operational value streams, identifying areas for business process improvement and reengineering that will impact data migration.
Participate in the design and validation of dependencies of legacy case management systems to non-case management systems and develop plans to integrate non-case management systems with the portfolio's solutions/products.
Contribute to the architecture and future state design by providing input into engagements with business owners and providing analysis on the current portfolio's solutions/products.
Support the testing and proofing of individual system functionalities and the broad application of the portfolio of solutions/products across the organization.

Required
Medicare/Medicaid Experience required
Proficiency in Java and commercial platforms, specifically Pega.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with technical integration and architecture design.
Knowledge of business process standardization and operational value stream mapping.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Certified Pega Developer or equivalent certification.
Java SE/EE certification.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist).
Any relevant technical certifications related to software development and application integration.
