Responsibilities

Drive the SoC architecture of an ARM Neoverse-based chiplet and future custom derivatives

Define system-level use cases for a variety of applications and explore architectural tradeoffs

Document performance metrics and collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure requirements are met

Cultivate relationships with both internal and external IP and Firmware development partners

Engage with customers and solution partners in support of pre-sales activities

Specify IP including PCIe, UCIe, USB, Ethernet MAC, I3C, DDR, HBM and others as required

Document the architecture and IP integration micro-architecture of SoC-level components

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

15+yrs of experience architecting high-performance computing (HPC) and/or artificial intelligence SoCs

Expertise with a combination of ARM AMBA protocols (AXI, CHI), I/O interfaces (PCIe, UCIe), high-performance memory subsystems (DDR, HBM), and other system-level peripheral interfaces

Adaptability to working in a multi-geographical / cross-cultural environment

Knowledge of server-class security, boot, and debug solutions

Strong written and verbal communication skills
