Responsibilities
Produce detailed project plans that define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Use Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to guide project teams and ensure timely progress.
Track projects, identify risks, and manage blockers to maintain project momentum.
Collaborate with SOC teams to develop solutions aligned with client IT security and compliance requirements.
Prepare and deliver clear status reports, briefings, and recommendations to clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management.
Capture meeting notes, track decisions, and assign action items to ensure follow-through and accountability.

Required
Active US Government clearance is required.
Minimum 8 years of general experience with at least 6 years in cybersecurity project management.
Proven experience managing large-scale cybersecurity technology integration projects.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Able to accurately and succinctly convey information through speaking, email, and presentation.
Comfortable in customer-facing environments.
Ability to maintain a positive customer service mentality.
Preferred
Agile Project Management and PMP certifications.
