Responsibilities
Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients and projects. Must enter the Firm with three long-term clients and must maintain a minimum of clients at all times.
Develop and implement impactful strategies aligned with client goals.
Contribute to the growth of The Social Impact Firm’s brand through thought leadership, collaboration, and representation.
Participate in firm-wide initiatives, such as webinars, events, and training.

Required
5+ years of experience in social impact, sustainability, nonprofit consulting, CSR, or a related field.
A minimum of three long-term clients and maintain that minimum.
Self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong project management and client relationship skills.
A passion for creating measurable, sustainable change.
Thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment.
