Responsibilities
Creating and curating content for social media
Developing and implementing a social media posting calendar
Engaging with followers through comments and messages to drive interaction
Monitoring and researching trends/analytics to optimize strategy
Collaborating with other team members
Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics, engagement rates, reach, and followers
Generating regular reports and highlighting areas of success and return
Collaborating with the social media department for analysis strategy
Recommending strategies and tactics for social media optimization
Representing the company in live broadcasts, interviews, and other public events
Building and nurturing relationships with other influencers and collaborators
Creating engaging content
Collaborating with the social media department for marketing objectives
Ideating, planning, and producing videos and graphics
Ensuring content is optimized for SEO and social media algorithms
Conducting research to stay informed of trends
Collaborating with the social media department to execute strategies
Analyzing performance metrics

Required
Basic knowledge of social media analytics
Experienced with all social media platforms
Proven ability to grow audiences and engagement
Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive/Docs/Sheets
