Responsibilities
Write creative one-liners and other engaging copywriting for social media content
Monitor and engage with our social media communities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a timely manner.
Publish content across multiple mediums using 3rd party and native publishing tools.
Develop and execute community engagement strategies.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create engaging content that fosters community growth.
Track and analyze community feedback, trends, and engagement metrics.
Manage online reputation and escalate issues or concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the community strategy is effective.

Required
Bachelor degree in a field related to communications, journalist, advertising.
5+ years of work experience
2+ years of experience in hands-on community management or social media management.
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms and engage with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
