Responsibilities
Set up, update, and manage social media profiles for 220 Social clientele
Create and maintain a visibly professional presence on Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram.
Consult 220 Social clients on brand engagement, audience growth strategies, and traffic generation.
Leverage monitoring tools to provide detailed documentation of trend social media performance.
Provide daily/weekly updates of client social media status
Develop best practices and recommend innovative rules of engagement for digital/social/mobile media
Development, execute, and analyze social media campaigns on time and within budget
Research and develop brand-specific content for social posting in accordance with client mission
Ensure all written social media complaints related to client organization are documented, reported, and responded to appropriately
Write in-depth product descriptions with a seamless blend of creative and technical writing skills
Meet quality assurance policies and procedures
Retain and upgrade accounts through consistent consultations with assigned accounts.
Methodically build relationships and rapport with social clients through outbound/inbound call efforts
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Experience in Social Media Management
Experience in Marketing
