Responsibilities
Develop engaging, custom content including graphics, illustrations, memes, gifs, and videos for social media.
Stay on top of trends and create quick-turn, reactive content that capitalizes on real-time opportunities.
Collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver content that meets business and creative objectives.
Maintain brand consistency while evolving creative concepts to engage diverse audiences.
Analyze social media performance data to optimize content strategies.

Required
3+ years of design experience, preferably in a creative or social media-focused role.
Proven experience creating social media content that aligns with brand identity.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse visual styles and social media content.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.).
Familiarity with social media management and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch).
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Preferred
Animation and video production experience.
Understanding of popular culture and social media trends.
Experience with hospitality or consumer brands.
