Responsibilities
Lead and direct a cross-functional team of creative talent to develop and maintain a dynamic social media strategy, setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Establish and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms that aligns with organizational goals and brand identity.
Identify target audiences and determine the most effective platforms for reaching them.
Ideate, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Schedule and publish content across social media channels, adhering to a content calendar.
Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages.
Foster positive relationships with followers and address concerns or issues.
Track and analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower/subscriber counts, and more.
Utilize data-driven insights to adjust the social media strategy for optimal results.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Experiment with new features and technologies to improve the brand's social media presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in directing social media campaigns with significant growth in follower engagement.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for visual content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms.
Excel in a fast-paced environment.
