Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one mentoring to interns.
Set goals for interns and track their progress.
Offer support, motivation, and feedback as they navigate their tasks.
Be available to answer questions and assist with any challenges interns may face.
Share knowledge and resources through meetings, videos, or text content.
Encourage personal and professional growth by offering insights and industry know-how.
Maintain regular communication with interns to ensure they stay on track.

Required
At least +3 years of experience.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A willingness to share your experience and knowledge.
Passion for helping others and contributing to the growth of a start-up.
Availability to mentor for at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
