Responsibilities
Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys goals and target audience.
Plan, schedule, and manage content across all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Design, write, and curate original content (images, videos, blogs, and captions) to increase engagement and build brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Edit and optimize content to perform well on each platform (including image/video specifications and hashtags).
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, questions, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers by initiating conversations, polls, and other interactive activities to increase community participation.
Handle any customer complaints or feedback through social media channels.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive traffic, sales, or engagement.
Track the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies based on results.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Report on key metrics (such as engagement, reach, click-through rates) and adjust strategies accordingly to improve outcomes.
Provide insights to stakeholders and make recommendations for future content and campaigns.
Ensure that the companys social media presence reflects the brands voice, tone, and identity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media platforms, and evolving best practices to keep the brands online presence fresh and relevant.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and partners to expand the brands reach and enhance social media presence.
Coordinate with external vendors or content creators for specific campaigns or promotions.

Required
Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
