Responsibilities
Monitoring our social media pages (especially LinkedIn), creating new posts (themes will be given, contractor will have to write copy and create visual assets using Canva), help with data report on various programs, upload data to our CRM.
Schedule virtual events (themes will be given, as well as a list of contacts to sync with and agree on a date/time with).
Write event descriptions, publish event on event platform and monitor registrations, comms and reminders.
Community enablement: schedule ~ 1 enablement session per month for our community members: align with stakeholders on dates, speakers, and publish on our event platform.
Support the promotion for these events, share attendance reports, publish assets in our content repository afterwards.
Social media management: write and schedule educational posts for the client Community social profiles, create basic graphic assets on Canva, analyze and share social performance monthly.
High-level community data management and reporting: leveraging our new community platform (Common Room), support the team with data uploads and reports, and analyze insights from Common Room.

Required
Must have skills: Social media Management specially LinkedIn, Community Engagement.
3-5 years of Marketing experience running campaigns and events
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and Canva
Familiar with typical data reports: event attendance, social metrics
Must be well organized, analytical, have good writing skills
Critical thinking is very important to us.
Ideally someone who was in a social media management role before.
Creative, well organized, with good copy writing skills
Preferred
Teachable skills: Canva design platform, LinkedIn page management, Bevy event platform
