Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of social strategies that drive engagement and results for top-tier brands.
Manage the client relationship end to end, heading up client growth, and ensuring a positive and long term client partnership with your group of clients.
Manage all aspects of content creation and campaign ideation, ensuring deliverables align with business goals.
Analyze, report, and optimize performance metrics to continuously elevate client results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life.
Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve excellence across client relationships and social media delivery.

Required
2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably managing prominent brands.
Deep understanding and passion of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Experience with tools like Facebook Ads Manager and social scheduling platforms like Dash Hudson.
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for creative storytelling.
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous growth and learning.
Preferred
Experience leading or mentoring a team.
Proven results in driving ROI through organic and paid social campaigns.
A knack for staying ahead of trends and incorporating them into strategies.
